- Junior: €700 - €1,270 Net (Gross annual up to €18k + bonuses)
- Medior: €1,440 - €1,930 Net (Gross annual up to €30k + bonuses)
- Senior: €2,300 - €4,000 Net (Gross annual up to €60k + bonuses)

Remote-First
Join all-important meetings at our Focus Hub in Nis, Serbia, while having the flexibility to work from home, top of the mountain, or a tropical island - however you prefer.
You'll work from our Focus Hub in Nis, Serbia for the first three months. After that, you are fully flexible with the first working day of the month being the only mandatory in-office day.

What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great award-winning websites. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for websites, as well as creating visual elements.
Responsibilities
- Design Webflow websites and low/no-code platforms
- Create design directions while working closely with other designers
- Create styleguides for clients
- Participate in all aspects of the Webflow design lifecycle
- Work collaboratively in an agile environment
- Provide design on internal projects
- Provide hands-on support with web design as needed
- Never-ending learning and growth
- Continuous ideas for new company events, parties and jokes
Requirements
- Proficiency in design software including Figma and other visual design tools
- Basic understanding of front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS (You will never develop a website)
- Excellent visual design skills
- Creative and open to new ideas
- Basic interaction design skills
- Excellent understanding of SaaS business models
- Octopus and other wire-framing tools
