If you don’t use all your hours for that month, and you are on a 6 month or a 12 month contract, we’ll carry the accumulated hours you have to the next month indefinitely. We will need the preview link for your Webflow project to analyze how the site was built. We use a unique class naming system which prevents us from jumping in on any Webflow build.

If the class naming system of your site doesn't comply with ours, we need to perform one of the following actions to provide the best service:

• Re-build the core logic behind the website.
• Re-build the site from scratch
• Adjust to the class naming system the Agency/Freelancer was using.

The third option is only possible if the project has an existing class naming system set up, which, unfortunately, not all Agencies/Freelancers use. In any case, we will focus on 101% to ensure we can help you before agreeing to work together and charge any fees.

Yes. We spend time each month building a list of ideas and tasks we can work on for your projects to get closer to your business goals. However, ultimately, the decision is up to you whether you want to proceed with the updates.

Also, our QA team performs free website checks to catch even the slightest of bugs.

Unfortunately not. To provide the level of services that we’re proud of and deliver the best results, you need to choose either a one-off pricing package or a steady rate.

To plan for the workload properly, we reactivate the subscription a week after you’ve unpaused the ongoing package. This way, we can prepare for the workload together and make sure that when we do start again, we start on the right foot.

We're partners in this, so we’ll be transparent about the number of hours included in your package. We’ll report how many you've used and whether you're getting close to using more than what's included. We use a proprietary project management system called Six Star app that gives you a detailed overview of what we’re working on and the hours you spent.

No worries. If you do go over, we'll keep track of those extra hours, communicate if you’re okay with the extra workload. Overtime hours are charged €80/hr on the 10th of the month for the previous month.

Unfortunately not. But you can always upgrade your package if you notice a lot of work to do in one month.

And if you don't have any work to do, you can pause your package anytime and resume when needed.

We don’t charge for QA. It’s on us for ongoing projects, as this ensures smooth operations.

Unlike most agencies, we offer a single hourly rate, including Development and Quality Assurance. That way, our Development & QA team ensures that every page we create will work on all browsers and devices without you paying more for QA engineering.

A total of 10% of purchased hours is automatically allocated to Project Management and meetings, ensuring a six-star experience for our partners.
